Sales Administrator

We are looking to hire an experienced sales administrator to join us on a part time basis. Our team is small and fast pace - the office hums with productivity all day long! 

We are looking for someone with a conscientious nature, exceptional organisational skills, and impeccable attention to detail who will play a key role in supporting the business. 

Reporting to Fenella directly, the successful candidate will have complete responsibility for maintaining the company’s day to day admin and book keeping remit (Xero), PA support for Fenella, whilst also managing a key account for the business which will include processing orders, managing production schedules, arranging shipping and raising sales invoices.

Quick learner

Xero experience useful but not essential

Hours

Monday to Thursday 

9.30 – 1.30
