All deliveries are made with Royal Mail or Courier and may require a signature. Our courier delivers Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm only. If you are not in when a delivery is made the courier will leave a card detailing how delivery can be re-arranged.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has arrived with you, please contact us on 01491 412444 or by email.
Returns & Refunds
A request (via email or phone) to return items from your order must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Once the return request is granted, you (the customer) will be issued a return number and return address, which you should write on the front of your parcel.
Please note, all returns must be received at the return address within 14 days from the date the return number is granted.
